Which styles can I choose from?
Six: The Royal, with crown and ermine cape. The Commander, in a decorated officer's uniform. The Sunlit, a soft watercolor. The Bold, bright comic-style pop art. The Pamper, a bubble bath in a clawfoot tub. And The Cozy Christmas, by the fire in a Santa hat. Every style works with one or two pets.
How does the proof work?
After you order, our team creates your portrait from your photo and emails you a proof within 1–2 days, or within 24 hours if you add the 24-hour preview. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
How many revisions can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes are included, free. Reply to the proof email and tell us what to change, whether it's the eyes, the coat color or the background, and we'll send the updated version within 24 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Will it actually look like my dog?
That's what the proof is for. Our team works from your photo to capture their eyes, markings and expression, and you see the result before anything is printed. If something isn't quite them yet, you have two free rounds of changes, each back within 24 hours.
How long until it arrives?
Your proof arrives by email within 1–2 days. Once you approve it, your print is made and delivered in 5–10 business days with free US shipping, or 3–6 business days with Express. International orders take 7–14 business days. Ordering for a specific date? Write to us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
What if something is wrong with my print?
Every portrait is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. That's why you approve the proof before anything is printed. If your print has a defect or doesn't match the proof you approved, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it at no cost.
